I am a Certified Health Coach, military wife, and a mom to 2 teen boys. When I was in my 30’s, I gained 75lbs. Without even noticing, I had become 207lbs, and I was suffering. With my health, with my self-esteem. When I finally decided I was ready to get to a healthy weight and live a healthier lifestyle I realized I had no clue where to start. But with a lot of trial and error and research, I learned how and what I could eat that helped me lose 75lbs. Now I want to share what I learned to help other people who, just like me, had no clue where to start.
